I have had this ringing in my left ear for many months that i hear all the time and its either the same frequency or very similar than this one on the video and now i know what for my ear rings like that and also a very nice video

You don't need any distraction when meditating, its all about feelings :)

I agree, but what do yo mean by your third? Third eye? This is the wrong frequency if that's what you're looking for.

He doesn/t talk the whole time, just the beginning and end. He is, afterall, trying to sell a much longer version. I appreciate the free 10 min. sample. I find it very powerful. Thank you!
