I think "God" or the Universe puts things in our way to learn from. So He would purposely put something in there that we would have to grow through and above later. That makes perfect sense.

Your problem is the fact that you said God talked to you, when he didn't. You just got a good feeling. Body chemistry, science, nothing more. Unless you heard actual words or saw something, it's not enough to base your life on. Why would God put what is in the Bible if it's not to be applied to us today? God still might have that plan for you. I mean, don't set any expectations, but you never know. Most of my love coaching clients are in their 40s, 50s and 60s, and many of them are finding love. So its not impossible at all. :-)

Recently,I've learned that even though I can be attracted to some men,its in a different way,Like the idea of "being with them" Turns me off..I'm truly only happy being with a woman.
