The rules said,
"The length of the video should be at least 15 seconds / 3 slides."
I don't know where you got the 3 minute video rule, but it wasn't in the email I received from Sanrio.
Thanks for the good luck. It seems like they have a lot of entrants, so I'm almost giving up hope right now.
