not to bash again, but I started playing bass at 10yrs old. Verdine was my first style of playing. One thing he taught me is to play the string HARD. Very hard plucking. Lots of right hand percussive sounds, almost like a slap, but with your fingers.

anyone else out there no what I'm talking about? If you learned any of his bass line, you'll know what I'm talking about.

Keep it up, and try what I'm referring too. His lines a very passionate.
