How do you insert a video into a small box within a bigger video like you did where we saw both at the same time? I know it can't be done using windows media player so what's the programme u used?
for fast speed it's good, but if your not running or doing really fast movement, with a shoulder cam, it doesn't take allot of time to train to be steady. and if you're lucky you're maybe one of the people who are naturally steady
This is a pretty amazing steadicam, I've been using the Cam Caddie Scorpion for the past few months and highly recommend it to anyone in need of an independent setup. It goes for about $37 on Amazon and well worth it.
I bought the same book - been taking my time building it - collecting the supplies takes the most time - I'm wondering if the bearings stay put once they are pressed in
once you start adding matte boxes, mics, lights, on camera monitors and battery packs you'll need a rig like this. Plus the rig looks heavy but it's not it's made of aluminum. That's if you're trying to shoot a cine movie.
Hey guys!!! We need a tutorial for building that steadycam! You're possibly the first guys who have managed to build one with an arm on it! How did you do it?!
I love your camera videos. It would definitely help me for my school media project which I'll be having this year and the year after. Thanks, subscribed.
I used plans that I ordered from codydeegan (dot) com. The plans show you how to build the arm and the best. I bought the counter weight and sled. The brand name is Glidecam

thatswhatsheread 2 months ago
@thatswhatsheread you can use your arm as the spring loading and hold the camera attached to a tripod for weight stabilizing.
combine with image stabilizer in camera
