combine with image stabilizer in camera

for fast speed it's good, but if your not running or doing really fast movement, with a shoulder cam, it doesn't take allot of time to train to be steady. and if you're lucky you're maybe one of the people who are naturally steady

This is a pretty amazing steadicam, I've been using the Cam Caddie Scorpion for the past few months and highly recommend it to anyone in need of an independent setup. It goes for about $37 on Amazon and well worth it.

once you start adding matte boxes, mics, lights, on camera monitors and battery packs you'll need a rig like this. Plus the rig looks heavy but it's not it's made of aluminum. That's if you're trying to shoot a cine movie.

I used plans that I ordered from codydeegan (dot) com. The plans show you how to build the arm and the best. I bought the counter weight and sled. The brand name is Glidecam
