thanks man and yeah at the end i was plucking the low e with my plectrum and using my other two fingers to pluc the a and the d string its called hybrid picking. PRS make great guitar and considering that this is an affordable guitar the pickups and build quality are quite good. The only thing i want to do is put some new pickups in it too give it a bit more headroom and sustain with better harmonics.
personally i think that it is the best se guitar in the range apart from the semi hollows. out of 10 i would give it 8 because its a great guitar but lacks some sustain.
I have this model too in black. Yes there is not that Humbucking feedback depth sustain, but it rings like a bell nonetheless and the more volume/gain from the amp sends it into the pits of fire!

I have one of these its awesome But sadly it has been discontinued this is a great guitar really great. :D

Have a look at Bareknuckle Pickups, i loaded my PRS SE Singlecut with those...it made HELL of a DIFFERENCE
