This video is so heartbreaking, but it is grossly inaccurate. A child with Tay-Sachs at the end of life is USUALLY paralyzed at this time, blind, deff, unable to swallow, and is DEFINATLY unable to take water, and/or eat. They are fed through a tube at this time.

@ventilator98 It is highly inaccurate. My nephew had this horrible disease. For one, its almost guaranteed they wont live that long. If they were to live that long, the little one wouldnt be able to talk or eat etc. It was so terrible and I wish it upon no one.
