I think Im immune to it, I had it once back in 2001, I've been around plenty of kids with it since and now its 2012 and I haven't had it again.

This sounds quite good, although the virus can spread via aerosolization and subsequently, I guess, by breathing the same air as others; even in a semi-enclosed environment. My GP advised avoiding public places for 48 hrs after symptoms have passed. Also I read that any subsequent immunity benefit is incomplete and temporary. Nasty little bug.

I was up all night vomiting. I'm just starting to get well, but I'd rather have a broken bone or toothache than this wretched illness. My stomach is in so much pain from the muscles contracting to force up vomit when there wasn't any food in my stomach. I'm so sorry for the next victim.

My gf's brother has this and along with my OCD have been cleaning religiously around the bathroom. Luckily we have two bathrooms so I just use downstairs rather than upstairs. but still..O_o paranoia is almost as bad, waiting to get something.

the first norovirus symptomps begin with body hurt and farting xD the next the you must break out 1-3 and then you feel very bad second day after the infection you feel better then the first day

wow. i've got the bug now, but i feel a little better now. Last night i vommited about 5 times, had really bad headache, felt really really tired, and got really bad dirraheoa (spelling).

the worst part is the vomiting. I had it about a month and a half ago. and the diarea is like so hard to hold in cuz it's practicaly watter. p.s if you manage to sleep when you have the stomach bug where disposable underware. you just might shit in your sleep axidently

I got the bug...i've had it for about 6 days. Some days are better than others, mines is usually worse in the morning. I can't believe this crap can last up to 2 weeks! and even after that I read you'll still be feeling queasy for a while

u do not know how scared i got because of this previous outbreak (i didn't get it, nor anyone in my family, thankfully). i brought hand wash to school, i had nightmare's, i cried so much :'( im glad i am normally quite fiddly about hygiene, etc, but i boosted it up this year. strangely though, i never heard of it before this past winter. then, if i saw a few people of from school i would hope they were better but this year, i was counting and calculating and giving myself so much stress.

Hi Planemadmatt, in the vid, i forgot to mention that it's a good idea to keep you distance from people if you know they have it, you could even go as far as resquesting that your children stay off school for a couple of days if a number of children in their class have been infected with it, because if they bring it home, it could spread to the whole family. But of course that is entirely up to you, I don't want the education secretary on my back for causing truancy! I hope this helps, take care
