I marched in the Spirit of Atlanta drum & bugle Corps in 1984 and I also had tendonitis in both wrists in this vid, I am sorry for the timing problems, they wouldn't have happened a few years ago. That being said if you play, please keep up with your excercises, and don't work for the railroad swinging a spike maul 8 hours a day.
