Flowing through capilaries would be dependent on viscosity, but wouldn't the paddles be dependant on momentum? I assume if you were to stir this with the wooden paddles it would never stop turning, but if you used a perfect cylinder instead of paddles, the fluid would not turn.

I have a question, the 2 component theory doesn't make sense to me. So if you strain helium 2 through rouge, and then perform the viscosity test with the electric motor, do the blades spin? I am guessing that they will, because to me it sounds like a bad theory. Also, I have not learned the quantum mechanics behind this yet, so any sources you can give me would be helpful.
