The best thing Dan Snyder has done in his entire tenure happened during last season, when he FINALLY dismissed the incompetence of Vincent Cerrato and brought in someone not just with a close link to the Skins past, but someone who actually knows what the hell they're doin' in the modern NFL: George Allen and Mike Shanahan. George Allen can build the Skins back up....well, actually, he already is.
