Oh man, I've had the brain fart day where you forget to take your thumb off the PTT for a few extra seconds but I hope I don't ever get a day like this! Great vid. I like the guy with the 'great instructional video' comment. The controller sounds like a young guy but he's doing a great job dealing with a stuck mic and busy airspace.
