A little. I've got the Truxxx 3" front 1" rear lift in it but it's still on the stock tires for now. Most people wouldn't know the difference unless it was parked next to a stock one but I like the higher stance and can't wait to get some decent tires on it. Great catch by the way, very observant!
its quiet because it only runs on 4 cylinders. The onlytime you'd really get it loud is if you stumped the gas.
