i had one when i was younger. it was so fast i hit a curb and the front tire broke off. hahaha my dad glued it back on, but it would just get smashed off.

I wanted one of these sooooooooo bad when I was growing up. My parents promised me one if i had all A's and B's on my report card and after several tries, i finally pulled it off. Unfortunately the Scorcher's were never restocked at Toy's R US and I was devastated. What's ironic was that the entire selling point of the commercial was at :10 where the 9.6V turbo went faster than the other RC car. That honestly sold me as a kid. Props to the marketing team at Tyco during those days.

one fast motherfucker. i have one in metalic gun gray and chrome rims.quite rare i think.unfortunately it has been overused and the collor of the stickers has faded.the 2 rear big tyres are gone and the remote controler (silver) is broken :( but it's still fast as hell! my favorite toy!

wow i was a wee lil fellow when these came out... i vaguely remember that the two front tires dont work those only there for show.

but it was fast as hell for the 7 mins the battery would last lmao
