I have a friend who is now a lawyer and he was walking through the park when two under cover police officers shouted at him to stop but did not say who they were and started running towards him. He got scared and ran as he did not know it was the police. They chased him, caught him and beat him up badly.

Police Officers may use such force as necessary to bring a prisoner under control when effecting an arrest! When being arrested, do not resist! I do not see any brutality in the short film.
