Well it's obvious that whoever you raced in the Neon can't drive because the Neon is faster. Look at the numbers and Road and Track also tested them. Yes it has more horsepower but it's also a lot heavier.

Nonetheless, just like the 04 SRT-4, I wouldn't be surprised if Dodge added bigger injectors or a ACR version for the 2010 SRT-4.

I don't think so. I've been to many Mopar meets in Richmond, VA and I've seen a couple of stage 3 SRT-4s. If they offer the kit to add +300hp, I don't see why torque steer would be a problem.

nope, it actually handles really well. with RWD the back always wants to get a head of u, but with FWD it pulls u into the curve which isn't bad at all. u can make tighter turns without fishtailing. wide turns aren't a problem either, kind of like driving a RWD with really grippy tires

The Caliber SRT4 is a solid car with alot of attitude and style. Really like the overall car, the interior plastics are bit weak but the car with navigation and plus pkg are a great deal. I ordered a sunburst orange and cant wait to receive it (12 Weeks).

Well i have a CSRT4 and ended up going against a NSRT4. Off the line, seeing as im yet adjusted to the 1st gear shifting with the CSRT$, the NSRT4 had a nose lead on me but as soon as i hit 2nd i pulled past him by half my car and continued to take more lead with each consecutive shift. So the CSRT4 can handle itself well, and if you check youtube you can find a track video of the CSRT4 pulling 12.89 1/4 miles. And seeing as there is NOTHING out but an exhaust and drop in filter. Its possible

that the CSRT4 can take the NSRT4. And as soon as they start coming out with performance parts, you will see 300+ hp easily. I know of one place in TX that made their own parts for it for experimenting and had one dynoed up to 485hp. Im very eager for things to start coming out.

my SRT-4 neon 0-60's in 5.5 seconds virtually stock. and my top end is exacly 160MPH. so i would say im faster. i agree shouldnt have discontinued the SRT-4 neon, but it's better for me later on down the road my car will be rare. and i have a 2003 yellow SRT-4 which they only produced this color in 2003. i would buy a neon SRT-4 and take the difference in price to make it a 12 second car, hell maybe even 11 second car.

I gotta agree with xjjenk. Read THIS months Road and Track magazine. They said the SRT-4 Caliber is WAY SLOWER than the SRT-4 Neon. They got the Caliber to do 0-60 in 6.2 seconds whereas the Neon did it in 5.3 seconds. But Dodge released numbers that the Caliber does 0-60 in 5.5 seconds which they couldn't do.
