  • This is so beautiful; it makes me cry.

  • new radicals were the original

  • why wasn't this a big hit!

  • this is an original of the new radicals, hall and oates made a version of this song last 2003

  • This was like beyond beautiful! Even if i think the original is a masterpiece, this deserve so much respect!

  • Who sings the lead on this?

  • @izzatluv john for part daryl other parts

  • best cover for me too ^^

  • This song is amazing, Love NRadicals, Hall & Oats. Todd R always cool. Its all great ! Greg Alexander is awesome for Pop.

  • better than mandy moore version but new radical kick ass the original is the best version and thats a fact . .

  • Where can i download this song? THANKS! :)

  • @koppel69 I can't find anywhere to download or purchase this song either!!

  • @NewCrystalDolls Its a great cover, can't convert it to mp3. Is there a website that you can suggest to convert this video to mp3? thanks. :)

  • @koppel69 mp3 codes

  • Todd's guitar solo takes the song right over that mountain.

  • This whole album is fantastic and reminds me of the Abandoned Luncheonette album. Refreshing after all the 80's crap. Todd Rundgren definitely adds a wonderful voice to this song. I love it!

  • Love this song. Has such a marigold sky feel to it. Buying a ticket back to where I came from. Sounds like a plan.

  • The New Radicals were really just Greg Alexander.

  • new radicals is way better

  • They changed the lyrics abit, Still Love it though

  • Thanks for posting; vae the CD, but love this recording

  • I don't know how to put, but there was something about the Hall/Oates/Rundgren version that spoke to me more.

  • The New Radicals version of this song was great. Hall and Oates w/ Rundgren was far superior. I wish H&O had made a video to go with the song.

  • Far superior? They sound about the same to me, maybe the more unpolished vocals of Gregg Alexander carrying more of the spirit. But hey, Todd does it real justice and even Oates's usually one-dimensional vocals fit it very well. Very good cover indeed.

  • Outstanding. I miss the New Radicals and Gregg Alexander. H&O and Rundgren....THAT was music.

  • The best song ever! it dosen't even matters who sing it!! everything is good about this song..

  • Aren't the Radicals blessed that real heroes ala Daryl and John deemed some of their songs worthy of their attention.

    Hall and Oates Aural Perfection.

  • This is such an awesome song, vocals with Rundgren incredible!!! Did the captain of the Titanic CRRYYYY??

  • nice...but new radicals has the best version...

  • Todd Rundgren's vocals are amazing

  • And his lead guitar.

  • @toddity and foamy is too!!!!!! TODD RULES!!!!!

  • Jazz rock soul pop fusion. A very good version, sing it Daryl, sing sing sing.

Way to own the song - make it your own!

H & O are so very good - I love the jazz sound - so very kwel

  • this version is the best by farr

  • I prefer the original lyrics, and I prefer Mandy Moore and Jon Foreman's cover.

  • Alice 5150 -- This is Hall & Oates covering a song by the New Radicals, an OBVIOUSLY Hall & Oates-influenced band

  • Every song on this label is superb. Check out Miss DJ....Angela Molare-Johnson in Louisiana

  • Another knockout by hall and oates....These guys rock....Listen to the words of this one..Angela Molare-Johnson

One day I will see them in person

  • Actually this is kinda cool

  • I prefer the original and even Mandy Moore's cover is better. Don't get me wrong I love H&O but I'm not a fan of this one.

  • Nothing compares to Gregg Alexander

  • A great cover. The trick is telling the difference between Todd and Daryl. Two very souldful Philly boys.

  • fucking stupid how they changed the lyrics.

  • More like how New Radicals changed the lyrics. You do know when Hall & Oates came out, right?

  • this is not a hall & oates song. yes I know when they came out. This is a cover of an original NEW RADICALS SONG. Hall & Oates changed the lyrics. I respect them as artists, but I hate how they changed the lyrics.

  • Do you hear another voice in this song? yes it's the great TODD RUNDGREN with hall and oats on this song, and todd plays the guitar parts on this song

  • this is an original song of hall and oates or new radicals??... now i don't know =(

  • it's a cover of new radicals but with the style of hall & oates

  • thanx!...

i love hall and oates!... out of touch is my favourite one!!... this version is good olso, thanx for your quik answer...

  • @MaryJay24

Best cover of the song I have heard so far -- greg alexander original version is still the best - meaniful rich and heartfelt.. this is a nice "polished" version from great artists...

  • good except i dont like how they changed some of the lines other then that good
