Perhaps the construction / demolition industry needs more cool people to use body parts to knock in nails or break down walls then. I am a martial artist and my sister is a dentist, we both agree when watching this that ;

1 Boards dont hit back, they brake with very little strength, all you need to do is hit it in the center, it is not like braking bone. youd get more punching efficiency from hitting a heavybag and if you want to learn to focus your hits use focus mitts not boards that are held still for you.

2 teeth are for eating and the ability to use them for pulling nails has NOTHING to do with ANY martial art .

If the board does not break, all of the energy you drove into that board shoots back up your arm. The pain is severe. So in a way, if not done correctly, boards DO hit back. Have you ever tried breaking a board that thick? It looks no bigger than 3x3. The smaller the board and thicker the board, the harder it is to break. It's not like snapping sticks on your knees.

Pulling nails with your teeth is a demonstration of power and focus, both skills ESSENTIAL to any martial art.

@LastEarthBender Actually if the board doesn't break it just means you didn't hit hard enough. The force that you put into the board comes back into your hand either way. Granted some energy is absorbed when the board does break. But it still hurts even if it does.
