  • he was born in england to an irish mum and norwegian father... but moved to australia at the age of two. after that he lived in australia his whole life until 2000 when he moved to the US. he speaks with a semi-US accent to US press and with an oz accent to oz press. lol.

  • well, i guess it's open to interpretation. for me, your birthplace isn't as important to your identity as the country in which you're raised - but i guess it's a personal thing! someone would have to ask dominic purcell how he feels about it ;-) maybe he'd call himself an english-born, australian-raised US resident of irish-norwegian parentage :-D
