I went to the International Auto Show here in San Francisco last week and sat in the Rio SX with premium package with leather seats, push button start and nav just like you have there. It didn't have that screen above the air conditioning toggle switches. Now I have seen it on Youtube with the European cars but not on the ones made for the US. Kinda odd.

Why is it that some that I see of the SX model have the screen between the 2 air conditioner knobs and some have a knob in its place?

@hikari94122 - Without seeing what exactly you're talking about, we're guessing you're comparing an SX with the UVO system with an SX with the navigation system.
