That's disgusting and makes me glad I am a regular and all the servers know me. You can't be a foodie and be a cheap tipper. I can attest to the pain of a 110.00 dollar tip at Tinto's in Philly...for three very rambunctious people after a over 300.00 dollar meal LOL. I have pictures from that night...including the bill...immortalized on my myspace.

The tip I leave starts at 20% and then goes down depending on the service.

I used to wait tables at Outback. Black people in general are poor tippers. I put many boogers in their meals.
