Its weird because once i get to the mission where you have to clear the news building for Al-Asad when i enter the first building Al-Asad pops on my screen and it doesn't go away. i can still shoot and move around but al asad wont get off the screen, and yes i make sure i put the mods on each level. i cleared the system cache but it still doesnt work, its like it knows im modding? Plus im doing this off line. its really weird, has this happened to someone else?

Yes, you can. You can do it even easier with programs like Cod tool and Horizon to extract files etc. Cod4 has a problem with the mod so you will need to open it on your computer after every mission because it goes back to recruit, just leave the save on your usb and you can do it fast.
