motor is built busy with my wire tuck etc now. should be done by the 30-04-2010

D16a6 botom end with 76mm vitaras, acl mains and big end ls rods s2 high comp valves 2mm skim on the head. port and polish. custom intercooler. 12psi....

3.5" i going down to 3.2" soon. ran a bearing on the motor. got a z6 head now and going bigger boost. looking for 120wkw

Hi, did you had any problem with intake temperature?

I´m asking because I instaled a JRSC for D16 with a 3.8 pulley and the intake and supercharger temperature runs on 95 degress Celsius and the ECU turnoff the engine for security.

Did you have the same problem with this kit?

we have had problems with intake. but engine doesn't cut only power drops. google lth performace. im busy designing one for my setup ;)

was it difficult to change the crank pulley?

no not that hard to change.but im going back to the stock one because of problems with the belts still. going to space the chargers pully to line up with the stock pully and alty
