Shroomed isn't bad. Alot of players don't get SS down to 1 stock, so when it does happen people feel pretty good about it.

not being bad isn't a compliment. the average skill level for people who still play melee is high, so it takes that much more to be considered good. shroomed thinks he's good but he's not, hence the commentary.

and only scrubs feel better about themselves because they only lost by a stock. you either win or you lose, this isn't horseshoe and no one cares how close you got.

Your missing the point though, shroomed is a GOOD player. A lot of people there thought SS was going to destroy shroomed, but both matches were very close.

And whats wrong about feeling good about yourself if you lost? If I was able to get M2K down to 1 sotck on both matches, I dont think i would care if I lost. I would be just happy that I did so well against him.

If you ever played SS, which i doubt you have, you would know that he did try. He was able to pick up on habbits later in the match and punished shroomed for them.
