Today was Floyd Johnson's last day as a Penn policeman. He's 62 and was set to retire last month but decided to stay on so he could leave on an unusual date (Feb 29). He'll be missed!

The Officer's name is Floyd Johnson and news is he will be retiring from UPPD in about a year. I have known Officer Johnson for seven years and he is a great conversationalist. It will be sad to see one of Penn's great attractions leave!
