So Kirk Cameron has been mentioned here in the comments. The interesting thing about him is that while he was still on growing pains he went born again Christian and isolated himself from the rest of the crew and basically stopped developing as an actor and became a hack creationist apologist instead. There's a great quote by him where he says that in Growing Pains he'd reached the peak of acting. He honestly thought that being a child star in a sitcom was the highest development of acting.

It's interesting to note that while Kirk stopped developing and began subscribing to a negative view of Christianity where he defined himself more by what he didn't do than what he did, Leonardo Dicaprio developed his craft and ended up an A list star.

oh I SO want to go to this thing.. I know it'd be intellectually painful to be around that much dishonesty, but at the same time I could have so much fun. I mean I can imagine walking around calling out the fallacies. "argument from incredulity", "false duality", "argument from ignorance", and so on.

I attended a creationist exhibit at an exhibition hall once.. it was amazingly bad. The argument I heard made at the time was that animals can't decide to become something else after they die.
