The mother and the grandmother should face charges of neglect. I truly believe this is all their fault. I know the family and i don't have one good thing 2 say about them. The granmother is an alcolholic and the mother is a whore and drug addict. It's just sad that someone didn't step in earlier and call child services on them. There should be a law that forbids parents from having sex offenders around their children. If they break that law, they should be charged for it and their children should be taken away from them.

I don't understand why sex offenders aren't at least put away in jail forever. What's the point of letting them out? It only allows them to commit the same crime over and over again, right? The world would be a lot safer if none of them are allowed to be out of jail, period. How many children have been harmed and killed by them every time they're on parole or out of jail?
I agree that sex offenders can never be rehabilitated, which is why I believe all child rapists should be killed. Just because they're out of jail and on parole and are not allowed to be near children doesn't mean they will follow the orders, especially when they believe they can get away with it.
