If I had money, I would just bulldoze my single wide and build a new from the ground up, unless I am already grand fathered in and would like to avoid the permitting process and get a way with it legally, I could just block the skirting, re frame the walls 8-12' at a time and hang new trusses. If this is the case, It would be good to build a really tall fence first. I live on my own property. My piece of shit came with it!!

If roof is leaking, running down wall then to floor. You have to consider walls and roof repair as well as floor. Rubber roof it. That is around 800, 3000 if someone else installs it.
