  • hmm ive never tried 150...i usually jus go and lift random dumbbell like i would lift 90 pounds and the next time i come i would life 120 ...i go deep i always do 12 reps any dumbbell for some reason ....i thought i was the only one who felt this exercise was easy ...but i guess not..im gonna try i 175 this time lol my gym doesnt have any heavier dumbbell than that

  • Nice job bro. I've been working with the 120's but I go real deep into it. Don't you think going as far as you did has very little stimulation on the triceps compared to going deep, as in well below parallel?

  • damn and I only use 30 pounds

  • that's awfully tough on the elbows.I prefer doing em on the total gym or just stickin with tricep dips.

  • It is tough...and because of that I had to go from it being a staple of my triceps workout to once every third or so...I utilize overhead low pulley reverse grip extensions instead

    I'll see if i can can jump up to 165 or 170 for 10 reps.
