@caxtonman I laughed off the Y2K Doomsday crap, and woke up hungover to an earthquake on January 1, 2000. I laughed off swine flu, and spent eight days freezing, boiling and sleeping sitting up. Yes, the news overhypes the threats, but occasionally they get it kinda right.
@beklanaze true enough, even though his question regarding the genocide coverage has been answered in one of the other episodes with the rise of "Oh Dear-ism". It's interesting to see how it can all come together.

@loon20061984 Nah. The earthquake didn't do any serious damage, and the timing was cool. Plus, I obviously survived the flu. Pretty lucky, I'd say.
