Mel is fabulous! I took his Art History courses, as well as a painting course with him, and he is just one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He's brilliant, driven, fabulously talented, but also so warm, kind, and down to earth. If you have a chance to attend one of his lectures, or to see his paintings in person, please do it!
I saw this man at Stockton. He is very witty and I believe when they say he is an extremely inspirational teacher. His painting are unbelievable. You would think they were photographs. Loved his work and listening to him.
