The song doesn't have to have anything to do with the scenes. There are many videos out there where the song has nothing to do with the scenes. Timing was key here, not the lyrics. Lyrics played no part in it.

I'm sorry you don't like it, but that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. I just think you fail to open your mind to more than just "do the song lyrics go with the scene."
