iam from manchester UK. ive seen this low flying propeller plane with chemtrails\contrails also! iam a skeptic but when i see something with my own eyes it makes me believe! the funny thing is i noticed the abnormal flights of planes and these chemtrails before i even heard of it on the internet, then i came across these vids of poeple thinking the same as me!

I saw a low-level fly by last Friday 2000 ft altitude it started at Berkely and went due east . I would have hit emeryville and then Oakland at sea level . It missed me by about 1 mile . Standard white chemtrail down low . I've seen them turn and off as they fly over the S.F Bay . Only spraying land . I've seen them only spray water with rainbow chemtrails I have the pictures of that one

I seen prop planes when they were spraying from the big planes day before a secret sattalite launch of a rocket. So i think here at least the prop planes were seeding so it would rain non stop till rocket went off. Which by the way the skies cleared up magically two hours after the launch. Excellent vid. thank you.
