a misty flip 5 is where you flip with your shoulder and it is based off of a front flip, then u can get into misty 7 where u do the same thing but instead of 180 a 360 while still flipping with your shoulder, a frontflip 180 is wen u do a front flip but while upside down do a one eighty, and a backflip misty is called a rodeo where u flip with your shoulder back, then last a off angle spin is called a cork 540 or so on. they r hard to explain though, hope this helped.
