Ahhhh this is the move I have been toying around with....that duck your head out and let the sucker roll around your shoulder. Not so much at an angle but still. Any tips for that cause I feel like the hoop loses momentum or flies off my shoulder...not to mention the numerous knocks to the head...:) Thanks for this one cause I am studying this for sure...

I simply, absolutely, unconditionally, without logic or reason, LOVE your videos. You give me an excuse to throw my Hoop into the ceiling, accross the front yard, into the dog's adoring eyes...blinking..with fear...
