The drunk guy in the video is Mark Harmon. He's been a fixture of Railroad Ave. for more a couple of decades. That's cheap vodka in the bottle. I once rescued Mark and a drunk whore from a camping tent they accidentally set on fire. That was 8 years ago.

You can catch him at the Lighthouse Mission on West Holly at 5pm everyday.

This week he in jail though:
