Two of your faves have been partially re-recorded for the "Throw Money" album in 24 bit audio. I won't mention which two, because I'm not 100 percent sold on which 12 songs will be on the completed project.

I'm not sure what steps I would need to take to ensure that the album is available internationally, but I'll ship a copy myself in a worst case scenario! I'm not planning on making a gigantic number of copies of the album unless there's enough of a demand for the disc. I suspect that it will sell very modestly at best.
