right now campaign is space marrine only. No announcements for other races in campaign mode, but all 4 are playable skirmish or MP

Too bad Chaos won't be included. I was actually getting used to playing as Chaos in the previous DoW, I'd kind of like to play as the feared Iron Warriors, say.
