Hello there! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Hello! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Oh hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it.
The video is great. It would be a certain help for us beginners in muscle workouts. I do happen know a link of a site that gives information and workout plans that can be use to gain muscle and burn fats.It also focuses not just on making your muscles big and strong but in achieving the lean muscular look. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile, If interested kindly check my profile.
Great tips man - I decided to get in shape this summer. just got a kick ass free trial of muscle warfare. Has anyone heard of it? i got 2 weeks worth free and i feel alot stronger, my friends also said i look bigger! cant wait till week 4 - check it out bit.ly\Muscle-Warfare-Trial the trial should still be on
Oh hai, interesting video. You should try Intellectus 424 diet (Simply google that) I download the ebook for free. This diet is amazing! I quickly lost all unwanted weight.
Great video as usual. One question about the heart rate. I've heard that the benefit of keeping the heart rate at a certain level will vary according to a person's body proportions (height and weight) and their age. There is some dispute over this. What do you say?
Vince, thank you very much for this. I live out of the USA now and appreciate this as it not easy to get to a gym. All the best with your competitions!
@VinceDelMonte so, this type of workout is good for just fat loss? or would it make me stronger and more defined too? plus i thought that you have to work for around 20 minutes to burn through all the glycogen and glucose and start to burn fat, or is that only at medium intensity, so at this 150-170 HR zone, is it faster to be burned as the energy source? Thanks
Dude last time I saw you, you were bulky with a bit of fat... now your getting cut and look well defined, awesome job! Did you restrict your calorie intake to a certain number when you were cutting? cheers.
@KingRockets I said it'll BURN THROUGH GLYCOGEN quicker and once you're through your glycogen stores, the next tissue is often muscle if you're still training hard. Just a word of caution.
@VinceDelMonte i don't understand that, how can you tell when your body will be using muscle tissue or fat as energy? when does it differ? is the workout you're doing here for building muscle or losing fat or both?
Hey Vince! i have some kinda simple questions for you, let's say i don't have access to fancy equipment and stuff, can this be my only routine or this is just a complement? and how often should i make them? i find this very interesting and I'm willing to try them but i'd like some advice before starting to make sure i do them properly, thanks in advance, cheers!!
@JuniaTheTapper 1. 10-20 2. if your goal is fat loss... 170-190 is good. I'm was cautioning you if you're a physique athlete who can't afford to lose ANY muscle... monitor your heart rate and keep it within the #'s I mentioned in video. The style of cardio you do is up to you. It can vary based on how you feel day to day.
1: How many reps/sets are you doing for the exercises??
2: In this video (and the one from yesterday) you have been talking about keeping the heart in the 150-160 zone..... When I workout I try to keep my heart rate high (170-190) so i'm really sucking for air, like you recommend in YOUR SIX OACK QUEST program.... Should I try to keep my heart lower? My primary goal right is fat loss...
Hope you can answer my questions! Thanks in advance!
@VinceDelMonte thank you very much .. loving the videos, really interesting, and nice to hear from someone who knows what hes talking about, but still lets his personality come through
1) would you do that on an empty stomach? (I think you said something about that but I didn't quite get it)
2) would you rather substitute one of your regular wourkouts and do this instead (say, once in a while) or would you ADD this on an otherwise rest day? I mean, what about risk of overtraining?
@marygri28 1. Training on a empty stomach works wonders, BUT it's not for everyone. It's ONE method and you should test it before declaring it a "winning method" for you. 2. I would do this style of workout in the video after your real weight workout with low weight and for only 20 minutes. Overtraining is an entirely other topic I can't address with only 200 you tube characters :)
So in your opinion what is better for fat loss, 40 minutes of walking or 20 minutes of interval training, say at a ratio 1 minute @40 % next minute @ 85%
@benfoley83 for fat lost of course interval training its high intensity which means you burn more calories but the down side of that is you burn muscle at the same time thats why you see a lot of bodybuilders do there cardio on a tredmill because they are just burning fat no muscle but that way will definetly take a long time to drop weight dont forget pros use steroids.
@benfoley83 They'll both work bro. Depends.... You can rotate the methods too. 4 weeks of slow burn cardio and then 4 weeks of interval training. Or you can inter change the methods in the week... 1 day slow burn, 1 day intervals. Again, experiment with the methods until you find YOUR winning solution. I'm here to just guide you with effective options.
so what is the best method for loosing fat?? i want to lose a couple of pounds of fat, especially in the stomach region. so would long slow cardio be more effective or doing these excersizes??
@AlexKmotocross theres no such thing as losing fat in one particular spot when u start losing fat you lose fat all over and best thing to do is cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach that way your body uses stored body fat as energy plus it dont matter how much cardio you do if you dont have your diet in check.
Vin, you're hitting a home run lately with these new videos. Great workouts again. Thank you so much for your help. What type of sneakers are those? Like em.

woooaa so if youre heart rate gets into the higher ranges, you start to burn muscle? really? so doesnt that mean interval training would be bad?
