Hi... I am also planning my paper anniversary trip to Amanpulo.. Seems u hv a nice trip there... Do u think it is worth to go there?? How's the food there?? How much does it cost for a dinner there?? and the spa??
Also be sure to account for tax, local + VAT adds almost 25% to everything... and the food is VERY expensive... my wife and I were very surprised to pay $9 US, 360php for a can of coke :) Regardless of cost, it's a truly great place, unlike any place I've ever been.
Thank you for posting your amanpulo trip-I really liked it! I hope you don't mind my asking po-my friends and I are planning to go to Palawan (our first time) sometime in July. I know Amanpulo is a pricey resort-but would you please give us an idea of the current rates at Amanpulo. Would you recommend that we go through a travel agency or just apply directly to Amanpulo? Sorry for all the questions po-but would really appreciate if you can give us some information. Sincerely,
hi maripi...Amanpulo's Philippine Residents Offer is at P27,500 per nite for 2pax (min of 2 nites, inclusive of Breakfast) + P13,000 per pax (roundtrip airfare) - wsa
