Let me tell you! Vixynet does not work anymore! The world wide web needs to take that site off the internet because I try to go onto that site and suddenly my computer freezes up! (A virus on that site perhaps?)

i just had the same problem and came across your post via google. when i used vixy's beta download, i was able to get the sound; but not with their website version. try the downloads.

added note, the beta only allows one download per shot; then you either have to close and reopen the beta, or buy the product.

save the downloaded video onto your desktop. Open your itunes and then open up 'movies' (where u have your videos in). Then, drag the saved file and drop it into 'movies'.

oh, i've never had that... well try using media converter. It works with Windows movie maker unlike vixy. Try it, should work.
