if u pause it right at 0:17 and look at the bird on the belt i'm almost positive that it's not the traditional eagle. It looks more like a Phoenix which would also explain the look of the belt. It looks almost as if they tried to give it a flamed graphic with the wings. Overall I think the TNA World Title has more of new age feel to it. the strap is retro while the plates are definitely sicker than most with all its detail. It's probably my favorite belt to date in terms of looks.
