@Shyguyx12 it's a lock top box i got from pound land, then spent half an hour drilling a million holes in it with a small power drill, i got all the soil from an old plant in my house that had died, and whilst walking the dog i collected the moss and leaves from the local woods. grand total of £1 ^_^ they will need a bigger one as they grow. what do you have?
@palegothicangel First off they are in a 5 gallon tank that is lined with 4 to 4 1/2 inches of peat moss. I am thinking of switchign them over to soil. I have a pair of millipedes, a couple. They already mated, so I'm kind of afraid of actually disturbing the tank at all. I dont' really have any decortations in the tank. It's pretty bland.
@ThreeFrotheFuzzy they don't bite, they don't have the mouth parts for it. they can however secrete a chemical that can turn the skin temporarily a strange colour and will sting if you get it in your eyes, but you have to really annoy them for them to do it. most pets ones are handled from a young age so wont think you're about to eat them.
very cool setup. Would love to have a set up like that for mine....guess that can be my project for the year

@Shyguyx12 it'd be a shame to lose and babies.

@palegothicangel I'm know they are slow growing, so I'm hoping that I just missed the babies.

@palegothicangel My female actually produced some of that chemical on me one day. I've never had one do that to me before.
