The doctor told you the cyst definitely would not return? If you followed his or her after care instructions, then that doctor is liable. He most likely lanced the cyst but did not extract the sebaceous sac afterwards. That is one of the primary causes of cyst recurrence--if you did keep it clean after he extracted it, that is. You have the video--I suggest a return visit to that "doctor" for a reasonable explanation! I'd say sue him if he cannot explain why you had to go through this again
