Just because the father decided to fight, doesn't make it right that these GOONS pulled a knife, and stabbed this poor kid, killing him. @masculine31 Example: Someone i know, a guy on my block took another guy and they decided to rob a machine shop downtown ( seattle ), the guy he brought ( tim) got shot in the head as soon as he stepped on the property through a locked door. He is now dead, the other guy is sitting in jail, and the store owned continues his daily routine without charge, just as it should be. You know what you need to do? Get a job, Get a real job or start a business, then maybe you would understand the situation

If you watch the CCTV footage of what actually happened the dad attacks them with a shovel. They both appear to leave but then the son kicks the door open and start beating the guy. He got what he deserved

The thing I want to know Is, will they upgrade his charges, I know when someone Is killed In the commission of a felony, like when 2 people break into a home, and the owner kills one of them ,the surviving suspect gets charged with the murder.

The video clearly shows that Andre was NOT defending his dad but was in fact acting as his own aggressor. This is the brutal truth from someone that saw the video and has nothing to gain from lying. It is as clear as day the parking attendants were fighting back in self defense and to prove that point, Andre was stabbed INSIDE the parking attendants booth.

This may besides the point, but I think if he can prove the parking attendants stole the cologne that shows some culpability. Sorry to say dad was wrong, and has to live with his actions forever. Being from the Bronx, I know the mentality of the father .I was him, like most people from the Bronx.Now that I live In another state,and enjoy a better life,I look back at this situation ,and say to myself"how many times have I done the same type of shit".Those attendants were In the right, Now If the father was so tuff, Then he should've died also.
