Love the nostalgic vibe of your video. Great sound track you've created. Very enjoyable. Sweet little tune. I hope the avoided shut-down hasn't effected you!
@buniluvr Thanks Julie...yeah I really do like the old vibe of those lo-fi sounds..from time to time..they were great! No, no problems yet: I did read about the transportation cutbacks, but I'm not too worried because I'll be out in just a few years with my retirement, so there's not a whole lot they can do to me at this stage. :)
@STEVEL361 Thanks Steve...no issues at all with the Korg at the moment, and this little experiment with the optitron and protools worked seamlessly. Everything was in sync here, though working outside the workstation could be hit and miss no doubt.
@buniluvr Thank you Julie...the old planet certainly was much different place than the greater divide that it is today..this film does not lie... cheers..walt
Music and images make me remember the first part of "Clockwork Orange". I have been waiting all along for the Drugos coming in and trouncing the guys with the cameras and getting all the chickens. Nice work Walt.
@Deisinoful LOL yes, Gian I do see what you mean...honestly I didn't have the film in mind, but it is one of my favourites. This was a few years before "Alex" became popular. That cracks me up Gian--I'm imagining that classic McDowell glare in an already funny scene! :D :D @@
@NickDrake101 talking of revivals, do you remember UFO-Shado, Walt? The series was British but in Italy has always been a cult. The opening was terrific and that would really be the mother of all covers
@Deisinoful Yes, i do remember...and i have the entire series on dvd. all those Gerry Anderson series were great...one of my earliest memories was Supercar...favourite was of course Thunderbirds..Stingray was great. Joe 90 was a weird one, but I remember that one aswell.
