Total abuse of power. Report him. I've known cops that have done similar sh*t. You instant reaction was that he was going to give you a ticket. They use that to their advantage. You're too afraid to say "no" and go out with them. You then realize that if he wasn't a stalker/scumbag, he would be able to ask women out in a normal way without using his power/threat. What then? He knows where you live, what you drive and all your contact info. He's already ran ALL your info in the computer.
