I believe that John will live on as one of the greatest singers and songwriters of our time. He loved to share the limelight and performed with some of the best including Olivia Newton John, George Burns, Julie Andrews and even the Muppets. God bless you John and you are sorely missed!

John Denver a legend in time for those that grew up in the 60's and 8o's as I have had the pleasure of hearing his beautiful music being played. For those that know what true music is, it is a blessing to have this kind gentleman in our live time. John you are sadly missed and may you rest in peace and your music will live on. When I listen to this song, it reminds of a time when I would sit with my parents in front the fireplace... sipping grasshoppers ( a mint liquor drink) and just talking. It was a simple event but a great time in my life. Whether you liked him or not, you had to appreciate John Denver's rare talent as a musical artist. I miss this type of music. I always thought it would be nice to listen to this song in the mountains with someone I truly like.
