  • I think EBTG did it way more dramatic. This one is sweeter. The original is a little more puritan for Jazz, IMHO. Both are qualified as nice for me.

  • A much better version than the EBTG one. The jazzy version is so much better as it suits Laura Fygi's voice - and the other version is too 'cheesy'.

  • super

  • C EST VRAIMENT EXTRA BRAVO

  • A great up beat bossa nova that this singer loved recording. Thanks, ---laurafygi887.

  • great song and LF is simply the best.

    Nuff said.

  • FromThe Lady Wants To Know CD in ' 93.

The Eiffel Tower looks great, and the audio is superb. I'm the Lady That Wants To Know . ---- Laura.

  • @laurafygi887 Love it if you performed in the US.

  • I have this CD and love it The Lady Wants To Know. Recorded in ' 94, and

Each and Everyone is one of my favorite tracks on it.

  • Preferisco la versione dei EBTG...

  • これは素晴らしい!

  • heel mooi bedankt

  • The horn section is much better on EBTG original version and is what makes it superior; not that this isn't a nice interpretation.

  • MARAVILHOSA!!!

  • Не хуже чем оригинал!!

  • :) Однозначно! Ведь это же Лаура Фуджи!

  • This is as good, if not better than the original, as the musical arrangement and instrumentation is so much better - and it seems as if it sung with a lot more feeling. The strings within it set it apart from the original. Fantastic!!

  • It is a very very good cover, as good as the original not for me It seams more a pop track. The original has a lot more feeling infor me this is too bouncey for my likeing.

  • Every original must be better. They made the song.... Every other artist makes a copy is a rip off from the original. But this one is good though :) As if Soft Cells tainted love is for example.

  • ohhhh~~ so nice...

    so relaxing n jazzy~

    love it~~

  • Love this song

    Thanks!

  • its ok but EBTG killed it.

  • i think the laura's vision is better than the original one,it is much more smooth , soft and relaxing

  • Jazzy, sultry, cool...

  • this lady has a fantastic voice,,but the smile she has in it. while singing this song is totally inapropriate

  • i like her voice...

  • such a naturally soulful voice... fantastic

  • Absolutely lovely, amazing voice from Laura, on of best ever.

  • The original EBG is better. BUt this version is not too bad either.

  • What a crime - she's massacred it.

She's curdled it into pure cheese.

Whoever arranged it has been listening to too much Dave Grusin.... Yuk.

  • Mmmm...french cheese...LOL

  • I prefer this version, except for the second guitar solo and ending which sounds kinda naff.

  • i love this song

I'm gonna perform this song next week:)

  • Thanks, love your videos

  • I love to see EBTG covers and this is great.

  • Laura Fyi,

one of the best singers in the world,

    Jacob.

  • This is good!

  • nice as original track....

  • I love Laura. thanks for posting this.

  • I am very sorry, but the original version of Everything But The Girl, with the beautiful voice of Tracey Thorn, is so much better.. :-(

  • LOL, it's OK if you don't like it! no worries! :)

I just want to let ppl know the more jazzy version of it.
