  • I had recently whipped up some venison/wild boar chili in a cast iron dutch oven. I had smoked the boar roast first, let if rest, and then cut it into chunks. I used ground venison though. I agree with you. Cast iron is key!!!

  • Looks good son! I only have two things here to say.

    1) Next time, try using a cast iron pan for the carrots & onions.

    2) Karma to you for getting the youngster in on the video and giving him credit for hunting that deer!!!

    I'm looking forward to seeing more video's like this from you.
